Excellent place in Atlixco to go to eat. Each dish was delicious. The jerky was soft and well cooked, the roasted rabbit was also very delicious, and the charcoal-grilled trout was very fresh. The portions are large and sufficient. The customer service is very good and they are very friendly. The place is pleasant and has a good atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Excellent place, very good food at an excellent price. They always give you a complimentary drink, the service left something to be desired since the guy who served us looked new, but his service was good and friendly. The images show:1.- Cecina Atlixquense is a very delicious dish but don't be fooled that the bullfighted chiles will make you order an amaranth water.2.- Barbecue for 2 people, a good portion of meat, in this case it was requested that it be served plated, but you can ask for it to be cooked in its small bracero.3.-Breast.- I don't remember if it was chiltepin, it was very delicious and not very spicy, perfect for those who don't eat red meat, good portion4.-Chapulines.- very delicious although somewhat expensive considering that nearby they have a lower price, but the experience of trying them in a taquito with avocado is a complete delight to whet your appetite.

The green sauce was very good and not too spicy.About the food, starting with what I liked the most:Very tasty amaranth water, it is not watered down and you can really taste the amaranth.Mole de Hueso is a bone-based broth with a slight spicy flavor, super good when you add lemon and salt. The meat was so soft that it was easy to peel it off the bone.Cranberry water. Rich and with a slight acidic flavor. It has pieces of blueberry.Rabbit with garlic mojo. Good taste. They serve half a rabbit for each order.Fried Quail. 2 quails serve. Good flavor and fun to be removing the meat from the bones.

Greqt service love the coffe and the chilaquiles. The staff was welcoming. The restaurant is very traditional in appearance but the food was great. Is located across the street from the fiesta inn.
